The David Fellers Healing Art Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization established in memory of David Fellers.
According to the World Health Organization, 10% of the world’s population is disabled-that is approximately 600 million individuals. It is estimated that in low-income and middle-income countries, only 5%-15% of disabled people who require assistive devices and technologies have access to them. This fact is often due to low production and inadequate quality of devices in lower income countries. These statistics indicate there is a vast need for medical equipment and supplies for disabled persons throughout the world.
Out of this immense need and David’s amazing example, the David Fellers Healing Art Foundation (DFHAF) was created. The DFHAF was established by David’s family. David Fellers was born into a very large and talented family. Within the family there are a wide range of talents represented including healthcare workers, economists, entrepreneurs, muscians and many artists.
